Thanks for mentioning the MK Ultra aspect of Ted Kaczynski, and the AI question.

In an intermediated world, where we "do" everything through an interface, AI might rule, but not past a Carrington Event. You are good and honest to "disintermediate".

I'm sorry about your hand. I like your Dad's attitude, though not the rheumtaoid arthritis.

I presume you take vitamin-D and keep your blood level in the upper normal range.

Thanks for investigating humanity and reporting back, Sister.

I can't begin to tell you how much I enjoy your writing, other than it's for all sorts of interconnected reasons and, weirdly I know, always makes me wish I was close enough ( physically and socially) for you to hear me belly laugh and then to help you with the scything and drinking the cider afterwards etc etc. Seeing you are (so far) graciously accepting suggestions, have you tried black seed oil and earthing?

And thank you so much for your subscription, Sheri. It means the world to me to have that encouragement and support.

Thank you, Sheri! Wish we could share a pint and some scything too!

So, no I haven't tried black seed oil - though practitioners I know speak very highly of it. I can definitely give it a go. I'll look up earthing. It's not something I know a lot about - except that you do it barefoot. I can probably find a corner of the property clean enough somewhere...

You can take the bs oil daily by mouth and also mix it with a bit of honey in apple cider vinegar as a liniment. Barefoot is great, even better therapeutically to sleep grounded if you can get an earth sheet or mat. Here's a link: https://vimeo.com/593663659

Thank you - that's kind.

I've been using a traditional comfrey poultice, less traditionally poured into a pair of latex gloves and work all day.

I'm disgusting, but slightly less lumpen.

And thank you for your subscription, Christina. That means so much.

“The greater the exactitude with which we’ve learnt to analyse and measure our habitat, after all, the more disconnected we’ve become from it. And the greater our disconnection, the more damage it’s suffered at our hands.” My God. Quantum Physics. What beautiful weaving. Stunning.

I feel like that new student constantly raising my hand to state something everyone else has discussed, thus irritating the class. But between you and me, by occasionally applying the universe, weaving the limits of physics —the uncertainty principle, entanglement, etc. —into your daily grounded chores and observations is not only new and brilliant to me; it’s lovely. So thank YOU!!

I'm sorry to hear of your arthritis. It may be worth trying cabbage leaf wraps or poultices. It's a traditional Polish folk remedy, and apparently has a scientific explanation. (And I recall you mentioned you had cabbages available.) https://www.seignalet-plus.com/cabbage-leaf-for-pain-relief/ This video demonstrates the preparation and application: https://rumble.com/vxu76p-cabbage-leaf-spike-protein-jab-detox.html https://www.frontiersin.org/articles/10.3389/fphar.2022.846830/full
